You can submit a task through the submission form on our website. After I receive your data via task submission, you will receive an email to schedule a consultation call if required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments for services are processed via wire transfer outside of our platform. After discussing the project details during your consultation call, I will provide you with the necessary payment information.
How do I purchase templates showcased on your website?
To purchase a template, simply click on the desired template to access the Use This Sheet Etsy store, where you can proceed with your order as a guest. Etsy will send you an email with the content after your payment is processed.
Do you offer refunds for your services or templates?
Refunds for consulting services are assessed on a case-by-case basis. For templates purchased via Etsy, please note that they are non-refundable once downloaded. Ensure you review the template descriptions thoroughly before purchase.
Do you provide support after the project is completed?
I offer support for up to 2 weeks after project completion to address any issues, questions, or minor changes you might encounter. Additional support can be arranged as needed.
